Tess has lived and worked across regional areas in Australia, Europe & Africa and has shaped and delivered multi-faceted commercial and community projects generating both positive financial and social outcomes. The Alliance was seeded while Tess worked at the Dalwallinu Shire, and she continues to work in solving the greatest challenges faced by regional WA communities – combating declining population and developing programs and initiatives that build and support communities.
Co Founder & Non-Executive Director
Stuart is a Wheatbelt farmer with 35 years’ experience in agriculture and is committed to the environmental and social restoration of regional WA. He was co-founder of the Liebe Group, instigated the Regional Repopulation Pilot Project with the Wheatbelt’s Dalwallinu Shire and chaired the Regional Repopulation Advisory Committee. Stuart is passionate about revitalising communities across regional WA, with a vision to create meaningful impact with as many people as possible.
Ben is a Non Executive Director of the Alliance. He has extensive international experience as a Grant Manager of market-based, water supply and sanitation projects, totalling up to $30 million. Between 2008 and 2013 he founded, managed and sold a profitable, social enterprise in Vietnam.
His desire to be involved in a business that offers social, environmental and financial returns sees Ben be part of the team that has seen the first 4 Returns regenerative agriculture company in Australia become listed on the ASX. He is Managing Director of Wide Open Agriculture Ltd.
